The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Activ and genU Board members, Executive Managers, ticket fulfillment staff and employees associated with the lottery draw. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.

Activ Foundation’s management reserves the right to refuse a purchase from a person or person(s) deemed to not be acting in the best interest of the organisation, without notice or explanation.

A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Activ Car for a Cause Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.

Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of the prize pool is $52,500

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older and cannot purchase a ticket under another name, or for a minor.

The maximum number of tickets in the draw is 35,000. All tickets are $5.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The records held by Activ shall be deemed correct and final.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Early Bird Prize winner will have the option to accept the Holiday for Two to Hawaii valued at $12,000 or $10,000 in cash. The Early Bird Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the Holiday for Two to Hawaii, arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

If the Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the $10,000 cash, a bank deposit will be made to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Final Draw.

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept Tickets for 2 to see Coldplay at Wembley Arena in London plus a $25,000 Travel Voucher, or a Mazda CX-5 N 6 Auto G20 Maxx FWD valued at $40,500 or $30,000 cash. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Tickets for 2 to see Coldplay at Wembley Arena in London plus a $25,000 Travel Voucher, arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to arrange travel to ensure the Grand Prize winner will arrive in London prior to the 8^th September 2025. The two tickets to Coldplay in Wembley are for the 8^th September 2025 and are classed as a Premium Ticket. The date of the concert can not be changed.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Mazda CX-5 N 6 Auto G20 Maxx FWD, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle could take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. The prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to take the $30,000 cash, a bank deposit will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 26 February 2025 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.  Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is eligible to win the Grand Prize.  The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 28 March 2025

All tickets purchased before the final ticket sales close at midnight, Wednesday, 26 March 2025 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.

All winners will be published on carforacauselottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.

Activ Club Weekly Prize Draws

The Activ Club Weekly Prize is a separate weekly draw that consists only of Activ Club Members with a valid monthly membership at the time of the draw.

Activ Club members in our monthly debit program will be in the draw to win $1,000 in cash in our weekly draws.
